As a renter of a high end property managed by All County Property Management, it has been a great experience overall. All County is great and has really taken customer service to the next level. They have gone through some growing pains in recent years but have definitely made it to a place of great serve, attention to property issues, and very nice and knowledgable staff to work with. I have been with All County Heartland Property Mgmt for about 6 to 7 months since I closed on a package of 5 singles in OKC. I interviewed a number of PMs in the area before acquisition as I live out of state. I found his co. on thumbtack and I ended up searching for the co. name online and contacted them before my acquisition and after submitting my online request Bill called me within 30 minutes and answered all my questions and was very reasonable in adjusting the contract a little as I was buying 5 properties at once. I certainly will look into expanding my RE portfolio in the coming months and years in OKC and will not think of anyone else for my PM needs. My experience has been very good so far and I will recommend Bill and his company for anyone who is looking for a good, honest PM in OKC area. They will take good care of you and your tenants

5 star service! I hired this company from out of state to take care of a rental I had stateside. I worked one on one with the property manager who helped me transform the property! One of my investment properties needed a complete makeover and work to be met up to state code for Rentals. All County worked with all of the vendors and me closely to make the arrangements, they got my home on the market and got it rented two weeks later! I was so satisfied with their work and communication that I decided to have them do the same to the rest of my investment properties in the area. Highly recommend
